Facility Services

The Albert Lea Schools Facilities Department is housed in the Office of Finance and Operations at Brookside Education Center. The Facilities Department is responsible for maintaining all of the buildings and grounds for Albert Lea Schools. The department oversees all construction, renovations, building maintenance, mechanical systems, and grounds maintenance for our 8 school buildings. The department maintains a clean and safe learning environment for students and staff. The Facilities Department employs 30 full time employees to professionally clean and maintain our facilities. 

Our office hours are Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm.
