Well@Work

What’s the Well@Work clinic? It’s a HealthPartners medical clinic at Brookside School that’s provided at no cost to you and your dependents if you’re covered by the District’s health plan. Everything that’s done at the clinic is available to you for FREE! You can also get most prescriptions at no cost to you.

Appointments

Call 507-379-4841 to make your first appointment (M-F 7am to 9pm, Sat/Sun 7am to 5pm). For all other visits, schedule online at https://www.healthpartners.com/AlbertLeaBrooksideschedule.

To schedule online:

1. Visit https://www.healthpartners.com/AlbertLeaBrooksideschedule and log onto your myHealthPartners account

2. Select Primary care as your visit type

3. Answer the questions about your visit and choose Well@Work as your location
