Many of you have heard about Albert Lea student's participation in Destination Imagination last year. We had 10 teams - 60 students - representing all elementary schools, Southwest Middle School and Albert Lea High School. Seven teams earned the right to participate in the state competition.

On October 4th, fourth grade students from Sibley Elementary School participated in Education Day at the Big Island Rendezvous. The field trip was a part of the ongoing arts integration program that is part of a grant awarded to Sibley Elementary School from the Perpich Center for Arts Education, located in Golden Valley, MN.
