What an exciting day at Halverson, it is Reader's Theater Day!
Halverson students enjoyed 'Click, Clack, Moo, Cows That Type.' The students learned about negotiation and ultimatums. Thank you to to the wonderful Reader's Theater volunteers for providing a great experience for our students.


Students at Sibley use their building skills to construct various structures during their STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) activities.


ALHS Publications Update
Twenty students that represented The Ahlahasa, Tiger Yearbook, Tiger Vision, and I-Mag attended the 2024 Minnesota State Journalism Convention held at the Coffman Memorial building at the University of Minnesota. This convention was the largest in attendance since the pandemic which is a celebration all its own. In addition to attending sessions to gain knowledge and skills to help our program grow, each publication also earned awards recognizing the hard work and dedication of our students.

In an unforgettable finish, QB Teaghen Tolbers connected with WR Layton Yost for a clutch touchdown pass with just 0:45 left in the 4th quarter giving the Tigers a 20-19 lead!
But the excitement didn’t stop there! On the next possession, Brecken Wacholz sealed the victory with a game-ending pick 6 TD, making it a 27-19 victory for the Tigers! 🐅

I'm so excited for the Lakeview Walkathon tomorrow! We'll kick things off with an assembly at 9:15 AM, followed by heading out to the parks assigned to each grade. The day will be filled with lots of outdoor activities, including some walking, so be prepared for plenty of fun!
Don't forget to pack comfortable walking shoes, a water bottle, and lunch if you're bringing one from home – I can't wait for this amazing day!
